Traveler Information: Coronavirus (COVID-19) Status

AMResorts® Notification: AMResorts® CleanComplete+ Program Extension

Dear Valued Travel Partner,

We are pleased to announce that, until further notice, AMResorts® branded properties will be extending the recently announced CleanComplete+ program as long as CDC and government travel regulations require COVID-19 testing prior to entrance after returning from international travel.

As part of CleanComplete+, guests may receive COVID-19 viral antigen testing on-property at no cost when traveling to valid countries including the U.S., U.K., Germany and Poland.

Test results will be received the same day in a format consistent with government requirements. Guests should contact the concierge at each resort upon arrival to schedule departure testing. A minimum 3-night stay is required to qualify.

For guests traveling to countries that do not accept the COVID-19 viral antigen test, CleanComplete+ includes facilitation of the required PCR test with an additional cost to the guest.

CleanComplete+ Quarantine Program

For guests traveling to ANY country with COVID-19 testing regulations in effect to enter the country after international travel, AMResorts® branded properties are also extending the CleanComplete+ quarantine program. If a guest receives a positive test while on property that prevents departure, the cost of quarantine at the property will be covered for up to 14 days after the original departure date. Extended stay due to quarantine includes the guest plus one travel companion sharing the same room. This program remains valid as long as CDC and government travel regulations are in place.

Enhanced Retention Program

For guests wishing to make adjustments to existing reservations, the properties are happy to extend the Move the Date, Keep the Rate + a free night policy for existing or new bookings until July 1, 2021. This policy is valid as long as CDC and government travel regulations are in place for travel through July 1, 2021. Additional details regarding this policy can be found here.

“MOVE THE DATE, KEEP THE RATE” PROGRAM, + A FREE NIGHT

For guests wishing to make adjustments to existing reservations, we are happy to extend our previously announced Move the Date, Keep the Rate + a free night policy for existing or new bookings until July 1, 2021. This policy is valid as long as CDC and government travel regulations are in place for travel through July 1, 2021. Guests may change the date of their current booking to a future travel date, up to a year from the existing travel date, with no additional fee or cancellation penalty. In addition, when rebooking for a future travel date, AMResorts® will extend one additional night complimentary to all vacationers.

• Guests also have the option to change to another AMResorts® property within the same brand in a different destination with no additional fee or cancellation penalty; the additional free night also applies in these cases.
• If the rate is lower on the new travel date, the client will be refunded the rate differential.
• If the client wishes to change brands, they would be responsible for any price increases.
• This policy is not valid for travel dates December 23 – December 31, 2021.

“Move the Date, Keep the Rate” Program, + a FREE night is not be combinable with any other free night promotions or free nights earned previously using this program.
 

SOCIAL GROUPS – “MOVE THE DATE, KEEP THE RATE + A FREE NIGHT”

• Groups up to 39 rooms:
  • If the group wishes to change the date of their existing booking for travel date between now and July 1, 2021, they may do so at the same rate for up to one year from their existing booking date, based on availability.
  • Additionally, groups may also relocate to another AMResorts® property within the same brand, in a different destination for the same rate, based on availability.
  • If the rate is lower on the new travel date, the client will be refunded the rate differential; alternatively, if the client wishes to change brands, they would be responsible for any price increases.
• Groups of 40 rooms or more:
  • If the group wishes to change the date of their existing booking for travel between now and July 1, 2021, they may do so at the same resort for up to one year from the existing travel date, based on availability.
  • If the rate is lower on the new travel date, the group will be refunded the rate differential; alternatively, if the rate is higher, the group will be subject to a maximum 5% rate increase for the new dates.
• Changes in group size - if the group has guests that will no longer be able to travel, we will allow those guests to independently rebook their travel. These rooms will no longer count towards any earned group amenities and the group amenities will be recalculated based on the new group size.

(Note: For all social groups, the Free Night must be confirmed and meet contracted attrition policies)

Social Groups Deposit & Payment Policy

• Full balance will be due 30 days prior to group arrival.
• Any deposits or payments already received will be applied toward the future date.
• If the group is relocating to another hotel in a different destination, the deposit is transferable to the new hotel.

Cancellation Penalties

AMResorts® cancellation penalty will be 24 hours for FIT bookings, and 72 hours for social groups for travel until December 22, 2021.

TRAVEL CREDIT

If you are unable to move your booking at this time, please contact our call center to obtain your credit towards a future booking.

EARLY DEPARTURES

In the event a guest must return home quickly due to a “no travel restriction” being implemented by their country of residence, AMResorts® will allow early departures with no penalty.
